The new sector is characterized as an open and permeable structure, where the users are not only school students and their parents, but which is open and usable to all citizens, which becomes part of the urban fabric of Biasca. Through very specific threads or slips between buildings, the new sector in its simplicity is accessible to the entire population, thus defining a new centrality for Biasca and neighboring municipalities.
