CORNER 6600

Corner 6600 is defined by its structure and essentiality. The building clearly marks the corner between via Balestra, which leads to Piazza Grande, and via Orelli directly connected to Locarno longlake. 

The service boxes of the projected apartments define the inner circulation of each apartment and leads different rooms.

The static engineering of the building is characterized by inner pillars and a prefab concrete façade. The latter is made by prefab concrete trusses.

The ground floor presents some vertical green, while the cornice is shaped by continuous greenery and plants. 

Construction site is due to open in the first months of 2025.
