A new construction site for a residential building in Lugano for a private client.
The site is characterized by a hilly topography with several existing buildings. We proceeded with a seismic tomography in order to understand the deep structure of the ground. This brought out layers of sandstone and called for a Berlin bulkhead with several anchors.
